Yeah, usually I'm really good about stretching, but this time I was in a hurry and skipped it. Bad idea. (Hi, by the way! I found your journal while searching for journals of people who lived in Chicago and had "marathons" listed as an interest (search results), and noticed that we have a friend in common (underwhelm). The world is a pea.)

Not the Chicago Marathon -- I did the Lakeshore Marathon on Memorial Day last year, right after I graduated. The plan is to run it again this May.
