|I'm so glad that you exist

From what I can tell, a lot of folks can't really talk to their siblings, despite having grown up alongside them.
That must suck.
I love you, Maya.
Yeah, I have a sister. We haven't really been around each other at all since I was 16 (when I moved away).
I have two older brothers, keep in occasional contact with one (e-mail, and usually see him and his family over Christmas), but virtually none with the other (been about 8 years since I've seen him and his family). I wouldn't say it "sucks", at least in an absolute way. But in a relative way compared to to what you guys have, then yeah, one could say it sucks.
P.S. Kitties!!! :-)
and is that a nose piercing? you didn't have that before, did you? if so, i will feel reaaaaally lame. i like it. :)
I got it about six months ago
, so you've never actually seen me with it. Anyway, you shouldn't feel lame; my own mom didn't notice it for days.
okay, i don't feel lame if it's not something i've seen you with. but no power on this earth could stop me from feeling lame if you'd had it while i was living with you and i hadn't noticed.
I think the adjective "Sisteriffic" applies here.
What relation are the kitties? Are they also sisters? Siblings? Strangers? Can they stand the sight of each other without hissing?
They're brother and sister. They seem to get along.
Do you and your sister ever write songs together? How about songs about your cats? I think you should, based on the fact that my sister and I like to write songs. Sometimes about our cats. And I don't even know about writing songs like you do. You and your sister should write songs about your cats together. I have a cat named mmmBOOTS!!! and also, Dr. Wobble Head. But they aren't siblings. mmmBOOTS!!! and Tabitha Psychosis are sisters. In my family, we have a rule, you have to be more sane than Tabitha Psychosis.
Y'know, I don't think we've ever tried to write together, although we've occasionally tweaked each others' stuff.
Our songwriting aesthetics are different. She wrote a lot of stuff for her college musical theater shows. I...didn't.
Your sister likes show tunes?
So does Terrence!

Too bad you're not still on "Chicago time" at your job. Now whenever I call you and it's after work my time, you're still busy at work.
Argh, I know! But I'm lucky that I don't have to be on Chicago time. Or New York time, considering that's where the majority of the people I work with are.
