It took me about 70 minutes, including a 1-minute walking break in the middle. Needless to say, it was tougher than the three-mile runs, and I'm a bit sore, even after a long stretch.
I thought I was going to do this run yesterday, but I realized that my training schedule is designed for a Sunday race day, and my race will be a Monday (Memorial Day). So I moved everything to the next day and inserted an extra day of rest. It might have been a bad idea, since it means I didn't run for two days in a row before this long run, and that might be why I'm sore. Oh, well, at least it's over with now. Tomorrow is a cross-training day, which just means I need to do something other than run, like walk or swim or bike. Probably I'll just go ride an exercise bike for a while, even though I don't care for them -- it'll be nice to work out without being outside in the cold for once!
School's going okay. I love my Automata course, and everything else is at least tolerable.
