It's a good day when you can score a hat trick against bureaucracy: at the post office, where I made them find the package I knew was there, despite lack of a slip in my mailbox; at the registrar's office, where I convinced them that Physics 131 was as much of a nonmajor science division credit as Psych 113 would have been; and at the library, where I squeezed out of paying a ridiculous late fee. I wish similar good fortune to those of you who need it today.
